Where can I find the ingredients and allergen info?
You’ll find all ingredients listed clearly on each product page and on the packaging.
Are your teas gluten-free?
Most of our blends are gluten-free by ingredients, but they’re not made in gluten-free certified facilities. Please review each product if you have concerns.
Do Soléya Teas contain sugar or sweeteners?
Nope—there’s no added sugar or artificial sweeteners in any of our teas.
Do teas expire?
Tea is best enjoyed within 2 years of opening. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to keep it fresh and full of flavour.

How much caffeine is in a cup of tea?
On average, a cup of caffeinated tea has about 37mg of caffeine. But the exact amount can vary depending on how it’s brewed.
Do you offer caffeine-free options?
Yes! We have a variety of both caffeinated and caffeine-free blends. You can filter them while shopping.

What if my item is damaged or something’s missing?
We’re happy to replace damaged or incomplete orders within 30 days. Please have your order number ready.
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t offer returns, but we do replace damaged or defective items within 30 days.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know if this changes.
How long does a refund take to show up?
If you're eligible for a refund, it usually appears within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
How is sales tax calculated?
Taxes are based on the shipping address. Tea itself isn’t taxed in most provinces, but accessories and shipping may be.
What payment methods do you accept?
In Canada, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, and Apple Pay.
For e-gift cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Other gift cards are not accepted.
