Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Soléya Teas does not currently offer in-person pick-ups.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Refunds or replacements are only available for orders with proof of damage or incorrect fulfillment.

Soléya Teas reserves the right to deny a refund request that does not meet these conditions.
