Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

Delays:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (such as holidays). Soléya Teas is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

 


 

Return Policy

We hope you love Soléya Teas as much as we love creating exciting and interesting teas for you. If you’ve experienced an issue with your latest purchase, we’re sorry. We will gladly replace damaged or defective items within 30 days with the original proof of purchase.

All gift cards and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged or incomplete?
